At the right place at the right time – you can rely on us. Whether by email, text message, or phone, we inform recipients of the delivery in good time. Delivery is tailored to the private customer's daily routine – from morning to evening. Delivery takes place within 3 to 4 business days after notification, Monday through Friday, or even on Saturdays. And in the final stages, shortly before delivery, an employee will even call again to confirm. The goods are professionally carried to the place of use, according to the recipient's wishes.

The costs depend on the desired service (e.g., delivery to the curb, delivery to the place of use, assembly, or disposal). You can obtain exact prices when booking or directly from our customer service.
What does end customer delivery mean at DACHSER & KOLB?＋
End customer delivery includes the logistical handling of transports directly to private customers – reliably, flexibly, and individually. In addition to delivery to the desired location, we offer additional services such as assembly, connection, and disposal.
Can I determine the delivery date for end customer deliveries myself?＋
Yes, the delivery date is agreed individually with the recipient by email, text message, or phone. Delivery takes place within 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri, optionally also Sat) after notification. On the day of delivery, the driver will call again shortly before arrival.
What is meant by two-man handling in end customer delivery?＋
With 2-man handling, two trained employees take care of the delivery, carrying, assembly, or connection of the goods—ideal for bulky or heavy products.
Can furniture or appliances also be assembled when delivering to end customers?＋
Yes. Upon request, our trained staff will assemble furniture, kitchens, or garden equipment and connect electrical and water appliances.
