“Power of Trust” was the theme of this year's Association of International Movers (IAM) conference in Toronto. DACHSER & KOLB was also in attendance, represented by the executive board, our Head of Relocation Logistics Air & Sea, and the Head of Account Management.
The Power of Trust Conference is an annual event organized by the IAM, attended by the largest international moving companies and relocation service providers. Approximately 3,000 visitors attended the conference. The goal of the event is to network with partners in international moving logistics, introduce each other to new potential partners, and jointly discuss trends and changes in the industry. As an international moving company, DACHSER & KOLB also participated in the conference in Toronto, where it presented, among other things, its proprietary moving cost calculator. This tool, featuring significantly expanded functionality, was launched in October alongside the redesigned website. The new moving cost calculator can now map numerous routes around the world and calculate a specific price for the requested move.
