However, these innovations are by no means intended to be the end all and be all, on the contrary. The digital connection of all parties involved is to be gradually expanded. Specifically, there will soon be a new edition of the price calculator, a website relaunch and communication with the customer service advisor will be possible via WhatsApp. Partners will soon be able to see upcoming moves in an overview via their own online application and will be able to use the application to carry them out. Work is also underway on developing a "My Area" for customers, among other things, to enable them to gain more insights and overviews.
